Payment Options
Payments by Credit Card are made through PayPal using a secure server and you will be directed to
their web site when you click the Buy Now button. If you prefer to pay by Cheque or Wire Transfer
please email us at sales@gepsoft.com and we will send you the details.
For Volume Pricing please email us at sales@gepsoft.com for details.
You must download GeneXproTools and install it in your computer and
the license file must be copied to the same folder as the application (usually c:\Program Files\GeneXproTools 4\).
License File
After you buy GeneXproTools you will receive a license file by email that unlocks the software.
If you pay by Credit Card and don't receive your license over the next 24 hours, please contact
us at the email sales@gepsoft.com.
The license file will be sent to the email used for the
payment transaction. Each license is personalized with the name of the buyer.
Please let us know beforehand if you need us to issue it under a different name.
The license file must be copied to the same folder as the application (usually c:\Program Files\GeneXproTools 4\).
Upgrades
To be eligible for an upgrade you must have bought a license of any past version of APS.
This option does not apply to APS licenses obtained through a promotion.

If you bought APS 3.0 less than one year ago (after 17/07/2005), please contact us using the email sales@gepsoft.com
to claim your free upgrade. To qualify for a free upgrade you must have bought a license of APS.

Academic Editions
GeneXproTools 4.0 Academic editions are either a Professional or an Enterprise license for use
within an education institution and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
Students can also buy an Academic license as long as the software is not used for commercial purposes.
The Academic editions are only sold as packages of licenses.
Each package includes a limited number of concurrent users of the software. These users must be
part of the institution that acquired the software.
