Errors loading Excel data

When I load some Excel files while creating new Runs I get this error:
"The data source changed. Reconnect to the data source before continuing."
The file did not change! What should I do to load this data?

Excel is a very flexible application and it is not always obvious that some cells may have problems such as trailing spaces or tabs (or indeed spaces before the values).We try hard to catch and solve as many of these problems as possible but the combinations are endless so sometimes we are not able to provide an error message with the correct solution.I suggest that you have a quick look at the data looking for the problems above. If all seems correct then please contacts us through support@gepsoft.com (if possible providing the offending file) and we will investigate it for you.
