Enhanced RAE Fitness Function
The Enhanced RAE fitness function
is a multi-objective function that combines the
Relative Absolute Error (RAE)
with the
positive correl.
The RAE component is implemented so that you can choose different
simple models besides the usual target average.
The Enhanced RAE fitness can also be combined
with a cost matrix in order to impose specific constraints on the
solutions.
In addition, the evolvable
logistic threshold, which is intrinsic to the
logistic regression model, can be adjusted by changing the number of bins.
