If you acquired GeneXproTools or APS from a reseller please register with us before submitting a support request. This will allow us to provide a faster response.

APS was renamed GeneXproTools with the release of version 4. If you did not upgrade APS to GeneXproTools 4.0 you can download the APS file here:

• APS 3.0 with SP 3 (18 Mb)
• Update Rollup Final (6.6 Mb)

The Update Rollup Final is an optional update that replaces the help file with a new version and corrects issues when connecting to Oracle databases.

There are two online knowledge bases:

• GeneXproTools 4.0 Knowledge Base
• APS 3.0 Knowledge Base

Each of them contains all the information in the corresponding Help file in HTML format.
