If you acquired GeneXproTools or APS from a reseller please register with us before submitting a support request. This will allow us to provide a faster response.

If you are a licensed user and need to download GeneXproTools 4.0 or APS 3.0 then please contact us by email at support@gepsoft.com. We will send a link to the respective setup file.

• Update Rollup Final (6.6 Mb)

The Update Rollup Final is an optional update that replaces the help file with a new version and corrects issues when connecting to Oracle databases.

There are two online knowledge bases:
